More Updates on Atswel!

Hello there!

Lately you may have noticed there have been more updates on this blog. I am doing this for the end of the year. I have been planning big things for this blog and I hope you enjoy them! I am not only waiting for the end of the year, I am starting some of my plans now! In this post I'm going to show you some new things I am doing...

Read More Option:

I decided to take this option off. There are different posts for Wizard101 and Pirate101. I don't want everyone getting confused once you click on the read more option and it taking you to a different screen. Lets just keep it simple :) I hope you enjoy this new update. I removed the read more option for this post.

Page Updates:

I am trying to make this blog a more helpful site to go to. I updated most of the pages (Tabs Above) to make them more helpful. Pirate101, Wizard101 and Online Safety is updated a lot more. I hope you look at those new updated pages with more information on them. Information will be added to those pages soon. I really want everyone to look at the online safety page first though, I added a bit more information about online safety, I really hope you all take time to look at the online safety page :)

Posting?

There won't be a change with my posting other than it being a little bit more helpful. I really want to sound like myself when posting and not make it boring. Don't worry about that :) Some posts may be boring but I always try to add something in there that will make it less boring a joke, saying my posts are weird, or whatever! I really want you all to enjoy coming to this blog and not saying "Time to go to Around the Spiral with Edward Lifegem for the news... ugh" Lol! :) Anyways, I hope you enjoy my new changes on my blog, please comment below and tell me what you think about the changes in the next few months okay? Dear Facebook,

There have been 3 people pretending to be me, so I decided to make a post to show you guys that I am the official Edward Lifegem. These people can't make posts like I can so they decide to copy my Edward Lifegem character. This blog has been here 2 years (May 2010) this is the only thing everyone knows about.

Pirate101 Closed Beta & NDA (Part 2)

Ahoy!

A few days ago  I was very excited writing the post about Pirate101 Closed Beta that I forgot to write a few things on the post! I wanted to tell you all a few more things about the NDA.


NDA- This stands for Non-Disclosure Agreement. For Pirate101 you can not give out any information about Pirate101. No pictures, No Videos, No Details, Nothing about the game at all!  Don't tell anyone, this has to be top secret! Kingsisle gave you a Beta key to test out the game before its released to the public. We need to keep it a secret until they release it to the public. I'm pretty sure there will be consequences if you do give out information to anyone. Please don't let that happen. You can however say if you have a Beta Key or not. Kelsey Fireheart found out about that Friday when she asked J Todd Coleman if we could say if we have a Beta Key or not. He said we could tell players if we were chosen for beta but we can't give out videos, pictures or talk about the game system. He ended it saying we could say (I'm in, and its cool, but I can't give any details) he said that is fine. Since we can say that....

I'M IN, AND ITS COOL, BUT I CAN'T GIVE ANY DETAILS!

Haha :) It is cool, COOL, COOOOL!!!! There we go :) I had to get that out there :) Anyways, if I will never give out details about the game, you can too! Please show everyone how a Pirate can keep secrets? We're the Beta players, lets test this game out for KI so they can get it perfect for the public :)

Pirate101 Closed Beta & NDA

Ahoy Mateys!

The time has finally come, Pirate101 Closed Beta has finally begun! It been a long wait, it was first announced in April and now its already August! Its going to last several weeks, so make sure you are ready for feedback before its released to the public!


Remember if you are chosen for Pirate101 Closed Beta you can't tell anyone about it! No details whatsoever. That's the reason the game isn't being released to public right away, they want to get it ready and then release it for everyone to see all at once, not before when everyone who's playing Beta to release details of it. Anyways, I only wanted to make this short post so everyone knew an extra time that they can't tell everyone else about it. Good luck everyone :) I hope you get a Beta Key for P101! Remember to test out all of the features and tell Kingsisle what you think!

The past few days they have released a lot of pictures, I wonder if this means beta is going to be released soon? Hopefully! I will talk about that down below after I show you this picture. Its a Pirate Ship and in the distance is Skull Island.

This is really cool, I really can't wait to play Pirate101. I am addicted already :) Oh if you haven't noticed I'm not too addicted. I can't talk like a pirate. I hope you don't mind, I am used to talking like a Wizard :) So I will try to talk more like a Pirate in the next few months! Wish me luck! Now.. Lets talk about Pirate101 Beta...

When will Pirate101 Closed Beta be released? -

A closed beta phase for Pirate101 will occur later this year. 

They said this in April, so it should be soon. Remember they said they would tell everyone through their website and on their Facebook page when Pirate101 would be released. If you're getting anything that says Pirate101 is in beta already it isn't. You will know when it is because Pirate101 will announce it. You will also get an official email from Kingsisle if you make it into Closed Beta. 

I hope this helps anyone who was wondering when Beta was going to be released!
