Beta Players (Pirate101)

Ahoy Pirates!

Pirate101 has a beta character wipe tonight (very soon) and I've enjoyed leveling on my first ever Beta character, and my first character on Pirate101. Pirate101 is a very great game and I'm sure all of you will enjoy playing it. I've tested for a month and enjoyed it even if I didn't have much time to test the game out! Here's a statement for beta characters from the one and only One-Eyed Jack!

We have truly appreciated those who have helped us forge ahead with Pirate101. Many have been wondering about their status in Beta as we move closer to the launch of the game. First, rest assured, those who are currently in the Beta will automatically be included in the week of early access, regardless of whether you purchase the Boochbeard bundle or not. Second, everyone who has actively played (meaning a player must have logged in and played during beta) in Beta will also be receiving a soon announced Beta gift (rest assured, it will be pretty epic). Third, we hope you have enjoyed your free play time in Beta in advance or hundreds of thousands of other interested players and had a lot of fun and enjoyment while simultaneously providing Kingsisle with feedback. Many entered, and few were chosen. Hopefully the Beta experience has been your finest reward, as it has been ours to work with such an outstanding community.

Thanks for choosing everyone in Beta, I out of I'm sure many enjoyed Beta. I can't wait until October because I want to see everyone else's response to this great game. This was the first time I've been in Beta for any game, I've enjoyed testing this game on Edward my buccaneer character and can't wait to try my new character (privateer) when the game is released to the public. I promise 99.9% of you will love this game, the other .1% will like it, I hope! I enjoyed Beta, and I can't wait to see the new build on the game!

Pirate101 Release Announced

Pirate101's Release was finally announced today! Kingsisle plans to release Pirate101 in early October! Are you ready to start your Pirate101 adventures? Well you can start them early. A week earlier than anyone else. You can if you're in Beta or if you buy one of the new cards. They look like very nice cards too! Here they are and information about them:

Here's a few important questions Kingsisle had on Pirate101's website that I think should be added on this post. I hope you don't mind the long post! :)

What is closed beta and how long does it last?

- Closed Beta is a testing period where a limited number of players can play Pirate101 and provide game feedback. It will last up until the one week Head Start, so players who buy the Boochbeard Bundle early on will have more of a chance to play Closed Beta than players who wait. At the end of closed Beta, Pirate characters will be wiped one last time. Once the one week head start begins, all characters are saved.

What is the one week head start?

- When the Pirate101 game launches, Beta players and people who bought the Boochbeard or Gauntry will get a one week head start on the game. The rest of the public will have to wait until the one week head start is over, and then Pirate101 will be available to everyone. This one week head start gives players to get a chance to quest and progress in the game before everyone else.

Can I get these items without Purchasing a bundle?

- No, these items will only be available with the purchase of the Boochbeard or Gandry bundle. These will be permanently retired when these exclusive bundles are no longer available. This is the only way to ever get the Scarakeet pet, Castaway's Cove, Parrot Mount, Cat Pirate companion, Dread Pirate's outfit, and the Ruby Slicer Weapon.

I love how they released two new packs on Pirate101, remember it starts September 19th and it is available for a limited time. Everyone should try to get these if their interested trying the one week head start or get into Beta. You will love Pirate101, its a great game! Take my word, this pet is not available in the Spiral. You'll notice someone have this pet though, maybe. Buy the pack if you have money to, remember its only available for credit card! Buy the pack on September 19th or buy it before its gone!

Pirate101 Mooshu

Ahoy!

Pirate101 released images of Mooshu, not Wizard101 Mooshu, Pirate101 Mooshu! I can't believe the graphics in this Mooshu, Kingsisle has once again made a game with great graphics. Here are a few of my favorite pictures! 

This Mooshu looks very peaceful, I think my life Wizard might need a vacation here sometime if its okay for Wizards to transition over to Pirate101 :D I have no doubt Mooshu is going to be the same in a way as the Mooshu in Pirate101 with the enemies. What do you think Pirate101's Mooshu is going to be like, the same? Different? Peaceful for Life Wizards? :) Comment below and tell me your thoughts about Pirate101's Mooshu! Drop Down Menu!

Hello!

I made a new feature on my blog with the help of Autumn Dreamwalker called the drop down menu or list. This will help you get to information faster, I might add more information to the pages or another page of more information for this on each Wizard101, Pirate101 and Blog Posts.. There might be a bug on it when you scroll through one list and try to scroll through another, I will try my best to get that fixed until then refresh the page if you want to go through the other drop down menus. Enjoy! :)

WCP

Hi there,

Well it's time for me to make a post about WCP. No I'm not announcing it, I'm saying that this is no longer a group. It was created last year, and then stopped because we didn't see the rules about it that Kingsisle had about groups on the game. Sorry Kingsisle! Anyways, I made a post to anyone that still thinks this group is up, it isn't. I don't want to see you get reported or possibly banned of you're thinking this is still going on. It's a really old thing and we really need to put it all behind us. I'm really glad to see Kingsisle added hm's though. This should help a lot! Please don't get in trouble thinking this group is still going on though! If you're doing it for yourself you should still stop, it's against the rules, it took me awhile to understand that but this year (now) I finally do. Time to end this post! It's going to be a little different...


I'm sorry to anyone who had trouble with this group. That includes Kingsisle, Kevin Battleblood, wizards in the commons and anyone else that had trouble with it. I don't mean that the people were trouble, I mean the strong steps you told us to stop and well I didn't. I know this is really old news but I felt like I should get this out to public. I'm very sorry for all of the trouble last year, here's to a great year(s) in the Spiral! :)
