Idea Post: Level 100 Gear!

Hello Wizards!

Don't worry this post won't be rant, more like an idea. Every world you level through, you see the difficulty level also rising. For the past few years I was thinking that the new spells Wizard101 was adding for each new world update was too weak for the next world. I found out today that what I thought before wasn't true at all. Its the gear.. I wear level 58-68 level gear and my fire wizard is Level 83. Here's another warning, this isn't a rant.. Usually at the end of each world, we could farm for a great piece of gear, even in Waterworks at the time you could get pretty nice gear. As time moves on you need new gear to prepare yourself for the next new world. Imagine wearing wizard city gear in Dragonspyre. That's exactly how I feel about wearing Celestia gear in Azteca. There's new gear but only for wizards who buy a lot of crowns or those who like crafting. I haven't seen one nice gear for everyone since Celestia and the Waterworks. Please, for the next new world add gear that everyone can farm for, it would be a lot of fun to farm again for nice gear. Now, here's my idea for Wizard101, I'm not going to make a gear for every single school that would take forever!

Level 100 Gear

• My Gear Idea- After leveling through the world to gear your pets, spells or whatever Wizard101's going to release next. It would be nice to have one last boss, lets say Morganthe, you have to defeat her before she does something that will destroy the entire spiral. After defeating her you can only receive one peace of gear from her (A robe for your school- it drops so you have to be lucky). You'll have to find the other gear throughout the new world by farming different bosses. After you collect all of your gear, you'll find out it looks kind of like Merle Ambrose's gear! Moon and Stars all over the gear, you can also dye your gear. This gear will be good enough for all of the schools throughout  the next major world release and maybe the one after that! Of course girls get a different set of gear and will be made just for them. The gear won't be exactly like Merle Ambrose's gear, but it'll be just as awesome! We're not headmaster yet, we still have a very long time to go if we do make headmaster!

I've been wanting the headmaster gear for a very long time, since Merle is our headmaster, in my idea we will not get a crystal ball or his staff, we will only get gear similar to his. This is only an idea from myself it will not happen. I hope KI is reading this post though, I would still love new gear that will help us through each new world. Even if it's just once every 20 levels, that would still be nice! If you want Kingsisle to release worlds very fast, you need to ask yourself this, Am I focusing on the world release, or the world itself? I am focusing on the world itself, you should tell by this post and many other posts I've made about World Release. I'm noticing Kingsisle hasn't released a test realm in the Wizard101 Test yet, they are listening :) Thank you Kingsisle, I love all of the detail in a world (like the ones you released on Pirate101), please keep doing this! Okay I'm done, I'm pretty sure most of you are tired from reading, if you made it this far, Thank you for reading. :)

May 2013 Monthly Newsletter

Ahoy Pirates!

Welcome to another monthly newsletter post, this month Kingsisle has announced the test realm which has a new bazaar, mounts, enemies, ships, powers which comes with two new books/worlds, 13 & 14 books Marleybone and Aquila! This is the first time Kingsisle has ever released two new worlds to the test realm and soon the live realm. When I logged into the test realm at first there was a little bit of lag but it all stopped, I believe there was less lag in the skyways because that was another thing Kingsisle fixed! I was expecting it to be laggy since when other worlds are released to the test realm (Wizard101) it usually is laggy. I really do thank Kingsisle for fixing so much in the test realm and listening to their players. I already know Pirate101 is my favorite game, and if you're reading this and haven't tried it out.. you should try it out and level all the way through :) Okay before I make this post too long, here's a few things Kingsisle has for us on the May Monthly Newsletter!

Are you having trouble in cool ranch defeating the bumbaloons? Well One-Eyed Jack has some great advice on how to defeat them. After you're done reading all of the newsletter make sure to scroll down to the bottom where you see Hints from One-Eyed Jack and read his advice to you! I'll make sure to read this when I make it there on my Swashbuckler, Edward Cringle. He's not far away from this area and I was worried but I know when I read One-Eyed Jack's advice again it won't be as bad. :D

Pirate101 Marleybone- My Thoughts (Sneak Peek)

Ahoy Pirates!

I was busy most of the day leveling through part of Marleybone on the test realm. I can't believe the amount of detail Kingsisle has put into this world. It's actually my favorite world on Pirate101 and I hate saying it but it's better than Wizard101's Marleybone (one reason being I don't get caught a lot-- so far). I'm pretty sure all of you will love this new world once it's released to the live realm soon. Set Sail for Marleybone and Aquila!

If you haven't read my post yesterday, you should know it's official that Kingsisle is planning on releasing not one but two new worlds! They will be in the Pirate101 Test Realm soon and then in the live realm soon after that. Make sure you level your pirate through Mooshu and finish before these updates on released to the live realm! Marleybone (Book 13- The Dogs of War)

The Pirate's quest for the pieces of the Map to El Dorado takes them to Marleybone, where they must track down their old friend Catbeard. Wizard101 players adventured on the streets and rooftops of Marleybone's capital city, but in Pirate101 we open up with a whole new realm of adventure! Pirates take to the midnight skies of Westminister Skyway, where they find a warzone and come face to face with the consequences of their former actions. Marleybone is at war with the evil Clockwork Armada - a war your Pirate started, and a war Marleybone is losing! To get the next piece of your Map, player Pirates must join the royal navy and help them turn the tide of War. Their quest to the Isle of Dogs, a bustling hub of industry and shipbuilding with a criminal underworld lurking in the sewers beneath; the isle of Fetch, a vacation resort now abandoned and waiting for the imminent Armada invasion, and Beachead, an armored battle station with enough firepower to destroy every city in Marleybone. Along the way they'll meet a rich cast of characters including Admiral Nelson, Ebenezer Scrooge, a spy named Smiley, and a special guest star from Wizard101. A host of dire enemies also wait for them: Cat criminal mastermind Captain Swing, the dreaded anarchist Guy Fox, and not one but two elite clockworks - the mysterious Bishop and Rooke, Supreme General of the Armada! New companions, new enemies, new equipment, and new promotion quests for Bonnie Anne and Ratbeard await. The level cap rises, giving pirates access to new epic talents and powers. Come ready for battle, and beware - this is not your Wizard's Marleybone!

Aquila (Book 14- A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to Cyclops)

After the dark skies to Marleybone, the Pirates journey to the sunny skies of the Achean Way, in the ancient realm of Aquila. Based around Classical Mythology, Aquila is a realm of legendary heroes, terrible monsters, and truly epic quests. To find Argos the Cyclops, keeper of the next piece of the Map to El Dorado, the Pirate must first help the Imperial Eagles win the Trojan War against the evil Snakes if Illios, rescue the hero Theseus, and follow Ulysess home on his odyssey. This is the longest single Book created for Pirate101, and its truly epic. Pirates will fight beside legendary heroes like Eagilles, Hawkules, and Zeena, queen of the Amazons. Guided by mysterious prophecies from the Oracle of Delphos and the Immortals of Olympus, Pirates will journey to many exotic locations, including the streets of Troy, the Isle of Sirens, ruined Knossos, and the shining city of Nova Aquila, center of the glorious Eagle Empire. New monsters stand in their way, including Mantiocores, Ettins, Centaurs, Cyclopses, and some of the toughest bosses Pirate101 has ever seen: Talos the Colossus, Medusa the Gorgon, the invincible Minotaur, the Hydra, and Scylla & Charybdis! As with Marleybone, this new Book raises the level cap even higher, to level 65. Tame a Pegesus mount, win the Golden Egg in battle, promote the members of the Magnificent Seven, win fabulous treasures, brave the depths of the Labyrinth, and win the favor of Athena and Ares. This is Pirate101 at its most fantastic, full of mythic adventure and humor.
