Always Be You!

Hi there,

So.. I was planning on making a post about my presidential pick and at the end of that blog post, I decided to make a post about Individuality. Keep in mind that this is not a Wizard101 or Pirate101 related post - but I would like my readers to read this post.

You Are This, Not This

I'm sure a few of you have heard something like the words in blue in your life. I won't lie, this year has been something like those blue words for me. I've never really experienced this in real life or online, but this year has been it for me. Just like you, many people experience these same words in blue. The question is, if you are who you are, do you accept this? Would you pretend to be something that you're not to please somebody? The true question is, would you be happy pretending to be something you're not?

"I want to be a Computer Programmer, but instead, I have to be a Doctor"

Pretend that you want to go to school to be a computer programmer. You've ALWAYS wanted to be one since playing a video game during your childhood and was very interested in seeing how this video game was coded. Once you graduate high school, you decide to go to the college and sign up to be a Computer Programmer major. WAIT. YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED. You can no longer be a programmer because somebody else wants you to be a Doctor instead. You've spent most of your life wanting to be this awesome programmer, but somebody has told you that they want you to be a doctor instead. 

Which Path Would You Take?

The Doctor: You decide to choose the path that this person has chosen for you. You go to school and pass all of your classes but you're not happy. You always think of who you want to be and who somebody else wants you to be and that makes you sad. The sadness will not take over your life, but you will always think of what or who you always wanted to be. The people who told you to be a Doctor are happy, but you are not happy.

OR

The Programmer: You know who you are and you decide to become that programmer that you always wanted to be. You tell the person that told you to be a doctor how much this means to you and that they don't have to like it but you do. That's what matters in the end. You are who you want to be and that's what matters. We truly do live once and being who you want to be on this earth as long as you're a good person. This doesn't mean you have to show any anger with somebody that doesn't accept who you want to be, you should be happy for who you want to be. That's what matters in the end. Nobody has to accept who you are for you to be happy. You have to accept who you are to be happy. If you want to be that Programmer, you should! If you want to be who you want to be, you should! This might be a better path for both of you or for one of you. You'll be happy and at the end of the day, that's what counts. Keep in mind that showing Anger will not only hurt you but will also hurt the other person. Maybe they were not allowed to be who they wanted and just want what they think is the best for you. This does not mean you're not allowed to do what you feel is right. If you know something is wrong - Drugs, Hanging out with the wrong Crowd, Bullying, etc. - you should always listen to somebody trying to warn you because this is not right. You will know what is right and wrong.



I promise I was not told to become a Doctor. I actually want to become a Programmer. This was just an analogy to help you realize that you should be who you want to be no matter what people say. You might lose friends for being who you want to be. Does that matter? Well, you might be sad because you lose people that you thought would stick by your side no matter what. They have chosen to be upset about who you want to be. You have chosen to embrace who you want to be and in return, YOU will be happy! Everything is a choice, including happiness. If you choose to be sad, you will be sad. IF you choose to be happy? You'll be happy. :) Continue being you no matter what anyone says! BE HAPPY! No matter who you are. This is for every single person on this earth whether they're reading this post or not.

Wizard101: Back To School Event (August 13th)

Hello Wizards!

I hope you're having a wonderful almost end of Summer Vacation. I've been thinking about having another small Wizard101 event before classes start. If it's a large event like the last event, that would be awesome too. I will leave it up to you whether to attend or not.

This event will not have contests because I want it to be more of a party before our long journey into school begins. I hope you all are still able to attend. :D I love having these events and since last December, I've found having events for the community has been a lot of fun. I hope you're having as much fun as I have when I host these events. Let's get one last awesome event before our next major Wizard101 Event, THE HALLOWEEN RUN, which will happen in late October. For this event, I will update this post later this week or early next week! Make sure to check back and mark your calendars. :)

Pirate101: NXP Event (August 5th)

Cheating Bosses Ideas

Hello Wizards!

I hope you're having a great weekend! My weekend has been very busy, but I'm still trying to take time out to make some interesting blog posts. :) Lately, I've been behind on questing in Wizard101 not only because I was busy, but also because I have no idea who cheating bosses are in the game. I'm sure many wizards that have fought all of the bosses know which ones cheat or not. I'm somebody that hasn't fought all bosses and I forget if certain bosses cheats or not.

My Ice Wizard has been questing through the end of Khrysalis for almost three months now. At one point I leveled almost five times because I didn't mind reading up if a boss cheated or not. I usually don't mind, but after a certain amount of levels it does get annoying to search up a bosses name on the internet to see if it cheats or not. I have a great idea that I've shared on Twitter many times in the past about the future of Wizard101's cheating and noncheating bosses.

• A Special Symbol: One idea that I have for the game is that Kingsisle adds a special symbol for Cheating Bosses. If we see this symbol, we will know to look it up on one of the awesome websites that provides guides to the community. 
• Special NameTags: Like the symbol, if it's not done a special nametag (or color of a bosses name) can easily be used to let us know whether to search up that certain boss. 

I'm sure many of you have already thought of these ideas for the game. I wanted to make this post to get the idea out there. I don't like searching up names if every boss cheats or not. Back in 2009, I quested through Dragonspyre without the worry that every single boss in that world cheated. Today if you quest through Polaris, there are many bosses (and quite a few that do cheat), and you have to search up each boss to see if it cheats or not. Please change this Kingsisle! Frost Giant is not happy about this.. :P That's my idea today... Thank you all for reading. Until next time, I'll see you around the spiral. :D

Why I Deleted Pokemon Go: Likes/Dislikes

Hi there,

I usually don't make blog posts about games outside of Kingsisle games, but I decided to change that and make a post about Pokemon Go today. I downloaded Pokemon Go a few days ago to see why everyone was so addicted to the game and to my surprise I found out why everyone was.. I decided to make this post to let you know what I liked and didn't like about this new Mobile Game hit.

Likes:

Exercise: This game involves exercise such as walking and running if you're really want to catch a new Pokemon (or whatever they're called). Being Outside and exercising is good and can help you feel better.

Monument Information: I'm sure many of you have heard that you can visit monuments or special areas in your town and learn about these areas. Learning new things is a good thing and so is reading - so I will give an A+ to this app for that.


Dislikes: 

No Awareness of Surroundings: This game does let everyone know that they should be around their surroundings, but this game is proven addictive and people will read past that just to get to the game. In the news, I've heard: People walking out in the middle of traffic, car accidents - including a car crashing into a parked car, walking off cliffs, and many robberies (including a few near my town). I'm glad nobody was seriously injured in any of these incidents, but this game is a game that people today should not play if they're not able to pay attention to their surroundings. I didn't have an issue with that when playing this game, but I can tell why many do.

Reality Is The Best: I am not one to blast a game, but this game is not a game I'd play longterm. There is a beautiful and wonderful universe around us and I'm somebody that doesn't always look down and miss all of that. Remember to take a break from this game (if you do pay attention - please pay attention) and enjoy life itself. It's important to do that with any game. I love video games, but the best world that was ever made is Earth for us and the wonderful universe we live in. Enjoy that!


Why Did I Delete Pokemon Go?

I deleted Pokemon Go as a reminder that even though everyone is playing a certain game, that doesn't mean I have to play the game too. I also deleted it because I can tell it's a great game but I'm somebody that could easily not be aware of what I'm doing. I actually did skip past that be aware of your surrounding popup! I think this is great game for people that are ALWAYS aware of their surroundings and even though I feel like I am - this game is not for me. I usually don't download apps on my Cell Phone anyway because I only use it for calling & texting and that is it! That's all I have to share with you all today. Stay safe and don't forget that the best world/universe ever created is the one that we live in now. :D
