Hello Wizards!

I hope all of you have been having a great month! This year has been flying by. I can't believe that we're already nearing March! With that, I've decided that today (about a month before St. Patrick's Day) would be a great day to announce our first event of the year - our St. Patrick's Day event!

When?
Sunday, March 17th
4:00 pm Central / 5:00 pm Eastern

Where?
Ravenwood, Leprechaun Realm
(Multi-Area Event)

Official Stream?

Spread the word! I hope y'all are able to make it to our first event of the year. Dye your gear green and wear all green if you think you'll be able to attend. In the meantime, I'm going to prepare for our 4th Annual Bunny Run + improve the quality of our streams. I'm planning on purchasing a new microphone and hopefully switching up our streaming software. I am hopeful that this year will be a great year! Thank you all again for your support. Until next time, I'll see you around the spiral. :)

Friendship Event (Canceled)

Hi there!

A few days ago I announced that I was parting ways with Kingsisle & the community. Yesterday was one of the roughest days I've had in quite some time. While Wizard101 & Pirate101 are online games, I believe I've made the community a major part of my life.

I first joined this community when I was 16 years old. I will be turning 26 in July. I do have a life outside of the games & community, but this community was still a major part of my life. I've made friendships that have lasted nearly a decade. While it seems easy to leave all of that behind, it truly isn't, especially leaving on bad terms. I don't want to leave on bad terms with all of my friends who have supported this website, our events, and our streams. I would like to have one final event with all of you who truly support what we've done for the community. More information:

When
Saturday, February 16th
3:00 pm Central / 4:00 pm Eastern

Where
The Commons, Greyrose Realm

I will not stream this event. I'd love to know some of your favorite community & in-game memories. I have so many fun & funny memories I'd love to share with all of you. You have no idea how much my life has changed (in a positive way) because of the kindness you have shown to me. If you aren't able to make it to this event, that's fine. I love all of you. Thank you so much for reading.

New Twitch Name: SpiralVision

Hi there!

A few months ago Autumn & I announced a contest for a new Twitch name - which would be chosen by someone in the community. We had many great entries & we're thankful for all of the great names you sent in. We had to choose one & that one name was SpiralVision which was sent in by Esmee Stormweaver! We're excited to announce that we will use this new name & link for all future events, group questing streams, and more. We look forward to growing this channel in terms of community togetherness in 2019 and beyond. :)  If you would like to access the new channel & our new Twitter, feel free to click on the links below:

2018: A Year In Review

Hi there!

Happy New Year's Eve, everyone! I hope you're having a wonderful day so far & you're looking forward to counting down to 2019. I know quite a few awesome people in our community are already in 2019... Makes you wonder how the future is going. :P Anyway, I'm making this blog post today to talk a bit about things that happened this year + what will happen in 2019!

This year has been a year of Events, Streams, and so much more! While this year has been a little different from previous years, I've enjoyed hosting these events to bring this wonderful community together. We already have plans for next year (view video at the end of the post for more information about these plans) and I hope y'all are able to check all of our Holiday-themed events out next year. I recently made a Recap Video from the Santa Run that I thought I'd share again on this post. Feel free to click on the play button below to watch this Event Recap Video below:

This video was made during this year's Santa Run to show appreciation for all of you for what you've done to inspire us to continue these events for the community. We look forward to hosting even more events as we progress into the new year & start of the next decade. Your support for our events means the world to us! Thank you all for continuing to inspire us to host events with our main goal of bringing the community together. I love all of Y'all!

One other amazing thing has happened this year is the start of our group questing streams. I've had so much fun streaming with such great friends since the start of Wizard City. We'll be starting Dragonspyre soon! We'll continue to progress through the worlds as we enter 2019. Thank you to everyone that has stopped by during our group questing streams to help out or to say hello. Your support means a lot. I can't wait to continue these in 2019 for both Wizard101 and Pirate101. On top of that, we'll be streaming other games too.. You'll have to stick around to see that. :D

The Year 2018 has been one big adventure & a learning experience. I look forward to bringing what I learned this year to improve in the New Year. I've planned so much already for the New Year that there was no way I could fit it all on this post so I made a 30-minute rambling video that you can watch below. Next year will be a great year! Let's progress in 2019 & make the year the best year ever whether it's real life, in game, etc.  Also feel free to watch the video below for more details about a change to the events, stream, this website, and more. Thank you all for reading this post. Until 2019, I'll see you around the Spiral. Happy New Year!

Santa Run 2018 Recap

Hello Wizards!

I'd like to start this post out by thanking all of you for your support for events like the Santa Run. Whether you're able to attend or not, your support truly means so much to us. This year's events were among my favorite events that we've had. The 4th Annual Santa Run was definitely my favorite of the year (possibly all years). Let's take a look at what we did at this year's Santa Run!

Above you'll see a video made by WhiteTiger93, an awesome WizTuber! He's been making Recap Videos of our events for over a year now. He doesn't only do Recap Videos, so make sure to check out all of his content by subscribing to him when you get a chance. :) Thank you, WhiteTiger93, for yet another amazing recap video!

The Activities: Farming, Giveaways, Raids, Etc.

We started this year's Santa Run by participating in various activities. The first main activity was farming Krampus!  I was able to make it through each Krampus fight (Wooden, Stone, Gold) for the first time. This was a fun activity, to begin with. We also participated in Hide & Seek - where we gave away a wide variety of prizes like packs, a pet, and mounts. Later on in the day, we had a Wizard City Raid featuring Evil Snowmen, Pet Derby with Holiday Pets (I made it to 3rd place hehe), and Christmas Caroling. It was so much fun to update the activities for this year's Santa Run.

The Santa Run: Polar Express Theme

We redeemed a 1-Day Polaris Express Mount from a code giveaway during the Caroling activity. We used the Polaris Express for the theme of this year's Santa Run. We've had a certain theme to each event & for years I've wanted to incorporate the Polar Express into one of our events. We played songs from the Polar Express soundtrack in the background as we drove/ran during this main portion of the event. This part, of course, was my favorite part of the event! It's always fun to line up on the bridge and countdown to New Year's Eve, I mean The Run! :)

The Afterparty: Such A Great Ending To 2018

Shortly after the Run, our amazing port wizards (Victoria, Iridian, and Sarah) teleported everyone to the afterparty houses. Each host (Michael, Sarah, and Gabby) used three different houses to giveaway stuff from the Crowns Shop. This is usually the more relaxed portion of the event where people PvP & hang out to talk. I've always believed that this is the best time to make new friends or interact with old friends. I am glad so many of you had fun at this year's Santa Run. It was a lot of fun hanging out with y'all during the afterparty + getting that amazing memorable screenshot (see WhiteTiger93's video above for that).

Thank You All So Much:
I'd like to thank our amazing moderators, hosts, and port wizards for helping us put this event together. I'd also like to thank all of you for your support. We appreciate all of the love you show to our events whether it's by sharing or attending, or even both! I made a video below recapping our events dating back to our first Run Event: Santa Run #1 in 2012. Y'all keep us going and we'll continue hosting these events for you. Feel free to watch the video below by clicking on the play button. We look forward to hosting many more events for all of you in 2019, 2020, and beyond.
